Good Leads® announces the appointment of Ronald Talon as Director of Sales to continue expansion of market share in the outsourced business development market.

Ronald Talon signed on recently supporting Good Leads® continued success. Ron is serving as Director of Sales reporting to Bob Good, CEO at Good Leads® and will be responsible for revenue management and strategic relationships with Enterprise accounts.

Talon, when speaking about the current state of the industry, said that statistics he's seen indicate "that 50% of all North American companies use a contract business development force in some capacity and this number will increase by almost 10% this year alone." That number is even more significant when the high tech industry is analyzed on its own. Ron’s background includes more than twenty years building and managing Inside Sales operations and outsourced sales teams. As an Operations Manager in the high-tech industry, he has designed and developed large inside sales call centers for such industry leaders as Cabletron Systems and Xylan Corporation. Through Ron’s guidance these organizations quickly became top performers in the industry. In addition, he has created outsourced sales teams for Fortune 500 companies including Bell South, ATT and Air Products and Chemicals. Ron’s experience helps him to work with clients to identify their best opportunities to utilize Good Leads’ service for maximum efficiency and return on investment. Ron received a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
