“That saying about ‘the best revenge is living well,’ was what kept me going after I finally got out of the cycle of abuse over seventeen years ago,” says Pullen. After trying any number of therapies, groups, and practices, eventually she ran into an entirely new approach, which she began to study, and eventually, to teach. This new model is not based on psychology. It’s based on changing the impact that abuse has on the nervous system and the deepest core beliefs that survivors hold about themselves using a relaxation approach. It expedites the release and letting go of years of painful stuck emotions using accelerated learning to move through the residue of trauma from abuse as quickly and painlessly as possible.
