Mindcrest Inc. celebrated its 10th anniversary this summer. As the first LPO, Mindcrest has played an integral role in the development of the LPO industry. From very humble beginnings, Mindcrest has now become synonymous with quality and value to its clients.

Benchmarks in the legal and LPO professions are numerous – cost savings, size, revenue growth, client retention, flexible pricing models and technological capabilities. While Mindcrest competes favorably on all of the standard metrics, the most important metric for us is our reputation for providing excellent work and exceptional client service.

“Our experience and capabilities make us the market leader in pure play legal services outsourcing. This is all we do and we focus and being the best at these core services. We focus on building deep, long-term relationships with our clients. By being true to ourselves and to our clients and remaining focused on just the LPO business, we have been able to earn the trust and allegiance of our law firm and corporate clients”, states George Hefferan, Senior Vice President International and General Counsel.

In many ways, 2011 has been a banner year for the company. Mindcrest has doubled revenue in relation to the same period of time from 2010. Its client mix has evolved to include major law firms in the US and in the UK. The revenue mix is equally distributed between corporations and law firms. During 2011, Mindcrest substantially increased recruitment of attorneys and support staff in the US and in India.

Mindcrest is also pleased to announce the expansion of its business development team with the addition of Gregory Spicer as Senior Vice President – Business Development. Greg will lead the company’s business development efforts in the US and will be a member of the Senior Management Team. “Greg is a fantastic addition to our team and will help drive Mindcrest’s growth in the years to come”, said Ganesh Natarajan, President & CEO.

As part of its continuing efforts to serve clients better, Mindcrest has developed focused service offerings in the areas of anti trust review and IP litigation.

“Some matters require production in a matter of weeks, such as Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) “Second Requests” or FCPA investigations. In addition, our clients have been challenged by a significant increase in high stakes IP litigation. Mindcrest provides experienced review teams, scalability, centralized project management, predictable pricing options, quality control practices that integrate outside counsel, resulting in cost effective and accurate review”, said Michael Duffy, Vice President, Litigation services.
