Healing is of the Mind says the New Book

P.K. Nesbit’s ‘Heal Yourself’ presents a helpful guide in understanding the mind and the body as its tool.

Xlibris, the print-on-demand self-publishing services provider, announced today the release of Heal Yourself. Authored by P.K. Nesbit, this book concentrates on clarifying the two thought systems that govern man’s thinking.

Sickness is not an accident, it is a correction. Heal Yourself will help one shift the responsibility for the problems back to the mind. There they were “thought out,” and only there they can be corrected. The outside world is, but a reflection of one’s state of mind. This informative book conveys that to heal oneself means to let go of conflicting beliefs. Only they are bringing us pain. Throughout the pages, readers will be guided to look at duality and to start practicing the concepts of Oneness of Power. Included as well are many funny practical experiences that helped the author to loosen up and let go of conflicts in relationships.

“We can change our conflicting beliefs and decide for Peace of mind. Perception is but a deceiving form of interpretation. We can choose to become aware of Oneness of “I” instead. This is the decision for healing. In the book I have described many practical situations and how I dealt with them. The process of “undoing” of conflict will heal the mind that will reflect upon the body,” the author states.

Backed with personal insight and comprehensive study, Heal Yourself is a useful guide that teaches individuals on how to look at conflicts and let them go. One is always in control. Health is inner Peace. Joy is a natural state of being. It has no polarity.

This book will be featured at the 2011 Frankfurt Book Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, on October 12-16, 2011. For more information on this book, interested parties may log on to http://www.Xlibris.com.
