MapsofWorld.com took part in the 2011 Conference and Member Showcase organized by the International Map Trade Association (Americas). The three-day event, hosted in Rancho Mirage, California, saw map businesses and organizations from around the world collaborate to exchange views on emerging trends in mapping technology, distribution, and publishing.
Mani Singh, president of MapsofWorld.com, showcased the company’s mapping expertise and exhibited its manifold mapping capabilities: custom mapping services, mobile applications and content digitization, online map store, and Web portal. Singh served on the expert panel for discussion on “Emerging Trends in International Distribution of Maps,” and was later part of a special breakout session to answer questions on social media.
MapsofWorld.com will also attend the upcoming IMTA (Asia Pacific) Conference and Trade Show, to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, as well as the much-awaited Frankfurt Book Fair 2011.
