Sebastian Eilert, a Miami-based architect, recently joined the rapidly-growing team of professionals at Transforming Architecture. Mr. Eilert has been practicing architecture in Miami, Florida since 1998, and founded Sebastian Eilert Architecture (http://www.TA-SEA.com) in 2006. An ardent supporter of environmentally sustainable design and construction, Mr. Eilert has been involved in the local green building community since 2002 as a founding member of the US Green Building Council - South Florida Chapter. In 2009, he created a new course for the University of Miami, School of Architecture called Contemporary Sustainable Design. His accolades include the AIA Miami 2005 Historic Preservation Award, 2009 Sustainable Architect of the Year, and 2010 Young Architect of the Year award.

Isaac Molina, AIA of Lakeside Architect & Designers in Dallas, Texas joined Transforming Architecture with a vision of helping to build a national architectural consulting company that adds value to clients’ lives and assets. (http://www.TA-Lakeside.com) With over 25 years of architectural design, project management and construction management operations experience, Mr. Molina focuses on medium to large residential and commercial projects, but has experience in educational buildings, aquatic facilities, senior housing, airport, and commercial industrial structures. Recognized for his passion for design, his innovative work includes the San Antonio Airport Terminal, Wagon Wheel Park for the City of Coppell, and the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. Mr. Molina is an expert in forensic and analytic architecture, which includes cause, evaluation, cost analysis, and remedial repair for damage due to construction defects and improper design.
