An elegant setting and a menu inspired by local products, served in an ambiance where art is front and center.
Montreal, Canada (PRWEB) September 29, 2011
Hyatt Regency Montreal hotel, at the heart of Quartier des spectacles, is proud to announce the official opening of its new restaurant SIX Resto Lounge. Since February Hyatt Regency Montreal has been putting the finishing touches on its latest masterpiece, calling on well known artists to design a new look for the hotel. These include New York designer Therese Virserius, who has numerous prestigious hotel projects to her name—the Tokyo Hilton, the Camino Real in Mexico City, and the Olives restaurant at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas. The artists have pooled their creative genius to perfect this establishment’s décor. The Montreal hotel’s guests will now enjoy an ultra modern environment, combining luxury and relaxation in perfect harmony. The hotel’s brand new restaurant, SIX Resto Lounge, is the centerpiece of this major makeover.
SIX Resto Lounge offers an elegant setting and a menu inspired by local Québec products, served in an ambiance where art is front and center. This new fine dining concept invites culture lovers to stop by before an exhibit or after a show to savor a cocktail or enjoy a sumptuous meal accompanied by the finest wines.
Passionate about the culinary arts, Chef Simon Renaud has been entrusted with creating a menu that will define SIX Resto Lounge’s personality. Simon Renaud is very active in the cooking community and has built his stellar reputation at the side of great chefs like Jean Soulard of the Château Frontenac and Marie-Chantal Lepage of Manoir Montmorency.
