First Chicago Insurance Company Rolls-Out a Point Of Sale Commercial Auto Policy in Illinois to Enhance Customer Service

First Chicago Insurance Company (FCIC) recently introduced a new Point of Sale Commercial Auto Policy in the State of Illinois. This enhancement now allows producers to provide clients with instant quotes, deliver policies at the point of sale, and, most importantly, issue proof of insurance ID cards for their commercial auto vehicles.

First Chicago Insurance Company (FCIC) recently introduced a new Point of Sale Commercial Auto Policy in the State of Illinois. This enhancement now allows producers to provide clients with instant quotes, deliver policies at the point of sale, and, most importantly, issue proof of insurance ID cards for their commercial auto vehicles. For its independent producer force, the new Point Of Sale Commercial Auto Policy makes completing the insurance transaction easier and more efficient.

The FCIC Commercial Auto product is primarily focused on insuring the small to mid-sized commercial risks. In addition to the Point Of Sale feature, FCIC also made other improvements to the product which were based on feedback and suggestions received from producers and customers. For example, additional convenient installment payment plan options were added and multi-policy discounts were applied to clients insuring both General Liability and Commercial Auto with FCIC.

The FCIC Commercial Auto Programs fills a niche within the commercial market place. It provides outstanding coverage, competitive rates, and superior customer service to small business owners who need commercial auto insurance.
