Like it or not, Government mirrors the Public’s interest, moral compass and expectations
Santa Rosa, Ca. (PRWEB) September 29, 2011
The relevancy of President Kennedy's statement is quite acute particularly as we suffer through the current paradigm of American Political Ideologies which compels Author & Economic Policy Analyst, Curtis Greco, to ask: “Have we passed the point of conscience where our System of Government is no longer capable of discernment? Have the myths as to the functional roll of Government become so engrained that the idea of self-correcting action is now viewed as counter-productive? If we consider Congress’s approval rating of 10% as our best measure of Public opinion then I believe the answer, to both questions, is an unqualified yes!”
When The Imperfect Messenger Foundation, Curtis Greco, spoke recently at an Economic Policy Forum he offered the following observation: “We now find ourselves as a Nation and a People trapped by a virulent strain of parasitic Ideology and its continues to multiply at a frenetic pace. It is not only ideological myths it is also a paradigm that thrives on perpetuating its own destructive myth-creating capabilities and built upon the most dangerous of all sins: hubris. If we as a People fail to act quickly and disband this process of rampant fraud more and more I am convinced that our future as a Nation, built on the sovereign principles self-reliance and self-determination, is in doubt. It is important however to remember that we do have a Choice of Futures. Sovereignty of mind, spirit, body and action has never been a mythical notion or appearing simply in shades or gradients of form or as a state of mind; it only exists when Man is free to independently express within the boundaries of his own Liberty.”
In Greco’s most recent article, Worse Than Failure, he articulates a riveting observation that refines a point that more and more people find they share in common: “The moment you license government to take on a roll for which it is not designed is also the instance where failure is most certainly assured. Yet there is a point at which this occurrence is far Worse Than Failure; it occurs from ignoring the truths which signal its inevitability. To believe these truths are recently evolved applicable only to the Obama Administration and their political-hackery is to silence or suspend all evidence to the contrary. The truth of the matter is that the Obama Administration is just a bit more willing to abuse the licensing process which permits these abuses to occur. By all means and measures of reason the abuse-of-power practices are well out of control and a global assault is well in order to bring it to an end. What remains of course is whether or not the People will accept the challenge.”
During a recent On Air visit with Charlie Butcher of WOWO-1190Am in Ft. Wayne he was asked to comment on the growing scandal relating to Solyndra here is an excerpt of his response: “Government is not constrained by any mandate imposing economic efficiencies or success primarily because its processes possess no economic, political or legal consequence for failure. Now then if one considers the affecting influences of political graft and corruption you then have the entire process accelerating into and beyond the realm of what otherwise would be deemed extreme. And it’s not just at the Federal level, we witness the very same abuses at the State and Local levels as well. Like or not, Government mirrors the Public’s interest, moral compass and expectations.”
Greco’s articles can be seen with regularity in various publications however feel free to source and view each of his commentaries online at The Imperfect Messenger Foundations website.
