Though your overall goal is to sell a car, building a relationship with a customer is what is most beneficial. This keeps them coming back.
Amarillo, TX (PRWEB) September 30, 2011
On September 22, 2011, Street Toyota provided employees with a training seminar that allowed employees to learn how to better relate to their customers. Street Toyota provided time for all car salesmen to attend the event and learn what advice Damian Boudreaux had to offer.
The seminar presented by Bob Mohr included topics such as understanding customers, handling internet buyers and closing deal with customers.
Steven Christian, manager at Street Toyota, believes the workshop was worth his while. “This workshop actually related to all of us. Though your overall goal is to sell a car, building a relationship with a customer is what is most beneficial. This keeps them coming back,” said Christian.
Street Toyota offered the workshop as a means of training for the employees to increase their knowledge, sales and abilities overall.
