Credit Alliance Group Dallas, TX is pleased to announce the addition of Katherine Listi and Mary Sue McCarty, to their Enrollment Services Department. The company has expanded this year to include 7 U S locations as well as Toronto, Canada. “I am thrilled to have them back” said Shane Garner, CEO and founder of the company. “With the company’s explosive growth, I needed to enlarge to the enrollment department. These two women were top of my list. “

Both Ms. Listi and Ms. McCarty have proven track records in the industry and have worked at CAG before. Ms. McCarty was the first employee hired and remembers the humble beginnings working from the CEO’s apartment. “Many of my friends thought I was crazy to leave the security of a large company to help Shane. But I know him to be a man of integrity. He has the drive and determination I had seen in my father. He and I share a strong work ethic and real commitment to helping people. I couldn’t resist his offer and the honor of being the first person he hired. “

Ms. Listi hails from corporate communications. “Mary Sue introduced me to this industry after I had retired from 25 years with the Boy Scouts of America. ‘Oh, come on Katherine… it will be fun, and we will be helping people’ Ms. Listi reminisced. “I thought, why not, and I was hooked. “ This dynamic duo is both friends and fierce competitors. Both women draw from their own experience with debt. “What can be your greatest nightmare can also be your greatest teacher” Ms. Listi said. “I think people I talk to know that I truly want to help them and I am living proof getting debt free can be your reality.”

The two returned to CAG in time to attend the Best Places to Work in Dallas Luncheon hosted by the Dallas Business Journal where the company picked up its 4th annual award. Credit Alliance Group has also been awarded the Consumers’ Choice Award for Business Excellence for the second year in a row. The Award recognizes organizations that have been rated as being excellent by consumers. The company also has the distinction of being nominated for a Stevie Award, for Best Overall Company of the Year, presented by the American Business Awards.
