President of leading competency provider will speak on improving the quality of performance management systems and talent management best practices

Dr. Suzanne Simpson, president of leading competency provider HRSG, will present "Prove it to Me! Resilient Talent Management that Delivers" at the Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) annual conference on Monday, October 3. The event will take place at 2:45 p.m. EST.

Dr. Simpson is a registered industrial and organizational psychologist with more than three decades of experience developing and implementing talent management systems that propel organizations to higher levels of success and encourage respectful and welcoming work environments. As part of the annual SHRM conference, she will present real life solutions to integrating best practices into talent management and assessments.

"One key to excellence in talent management is to support opportunities for employees to provide feedback on what was accomplished, and how work was performed," explains Simpson. "Employee feedback is what drives changes in process and establishes a practice of continued improvement."

Simpson has a strong history of improving the success of organizations. She is recognized by her peers in Industrial Psychology in Canada and is a highly-sought speaker and facilitator on the topic of competency-based talent management. As an entrepreneur and business owner, the Women's Business Network recognized Simpson as a finalist for the title of Business Woman of the Year (2007).
