inetwork Announces Record Growth, Unveils New Brand, Completes Integration of Dash Carrier Services

Former Bandwidth.com Wholesale Division achieves record growth in Voice and Emergency Services Markets.

inetwork, the nation's largest and fastest-growing integrated voice and emergency services network provider, today announced the official rebranding of the Bandwidth.com Wholesale division to inetwork. inetwork enjoyed record growth in 2011, and now serves nearly 500 business customers including Skype, Google, Pinger, GroupMe, RingCentral, and IBBS, among many others.

The company also announced the completion of the acquisition and integration of dash Carrier Services. The combined offering makes inetwork the largest integrated voice and emergency services network provider in the country.

inetwork has more than doubled its customer base in the last twelve months, from approximately 200 to 500 total enterprise and carrier accounts.

Today, inetwork has more than 24.5 million phone numbers in service in the United States, up 82 percent year-over-year. On an annualized basis, total minutes served over the network has grown 120 percent to over 10 billion from 4.6 billion this time last year. At the current trajectory, the company anticipates delivering over one billion minutes of use per month by the end of the year.

"For several years, IBBS has trusted inetwork, formerly dash Carrier Services, to deliver a suite of critical services including 9-1-1 call routing. We've found that inetwork has been a committed technology partner vested in our success," said Mark Hayes, vice president of CLEC Operations at IBBS, a technical services provider to cable companies operating primarily in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. "We are confident that choosing inetwork to support critical aspects of our voice offering positions IBBS for further market gains and ultimately drives our customers' satisfaction."

The completed integration of dash Carrier Services and rebranding of inetwork.com is highlighted by multiple new appointments to senior leadership at inetwork.

Randy Campbell, a twenty year industry veteran, including past leadership roles at Verizon, Nortel and most recently Dish Network, joined the inetwork team as vice president of network planning, engineering, and operations. Mary Tuten, formerly the vice president of operations at dash, was named vice president of customer experience, and will oversee all facets of customer experience including on-boarding, order management, daily support, and billing. Ray Paddock, formerly the vice president of government markets at dash is now vice president of product and emergency services business development. Paddock will guide the introduction of new features on existing products and define products for new markets that are looking to “find their voice”. Combined, Campbell, Tuten and Paddock add over 75 years of executive level experience to the inetwork executive team.

As record growth continues for the company, plans are in place to fill over two dozen newly created positions. The company also indicated it will continue to hire top talent to meet customer demand and fuel sustained growth.
