Capital Retail Group today announced it has been retained to be the exclusive leasing agent and property manager for 1334 U Street, N.W. in Washington, D.C.

Capital Retail Group is charged with managing improvement projects including a new roof, building facade, HVAC, and new downspouts and gutters. States Robert Tack, CEO of Capital Retail Group, “We are excited to have the opportunity to bring this building to Class A status.”

Located in Washington’s U Street Corridor, between Tabaq Bistro and Urban Essentials,1334 U Street is a three story retail building located two blocks from the Frank D. Reeves Municipal Center and two blocks from the U Street Metro Station. The property is surrounded an abundance of restaurants,shopping, and numerous other service retail amenities. The building tenants include Touchdown and The Cod Mother.
