Chris Smith joined the company as director of account management to handle key accounts and grow Freeborders’ operations in Europe. The company also opened a new office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Based in the UK, Chris Smith will be responsible to manage Freeborders’ key accounts in Europe. He has more than twelve years of experience in the information technology and communication industry and specific vertical industry expertise in the travel, transport, logistics, aviation and financial services sectors.
Prior to joining Freeborders, Chris has held positions at a number of global ICT companies including T-Systems (Deutsche Telekom Group), Fujitsu Services, and SITA, a global information and telecommunications solutions organization for the air transport industry.
Freeborders’ new office in Sweden will support the growing number of EMEA-based clients and global clients that have operations in Continental Europe.
