An elegant and mysterious space designed with variations of silver and pearl, it is the perfect location for an intimate dining experience, with unmatched views into the marine habitat of the Ambassador Lagoon. Set menus on this special occasion will include six stunning starters such as Duo of Oysters Natural with Mignonette sauce, Scallops with Pumpkin soup, Mushrooms and Truffle, to a choice of a main dish such as the Market Fish a la Plancha with Parmentier and Melanosporum Truffle sauce or Beef Cheek with Roasted vegetables and Truffle sauce and finishing with Pineapple Ravioli with Mascarphone and Coconut sorbet and Guanaja chocolate coolant with vanilla ice cream. This gastronomic menu can be enjoyed for AED2200 per couple inclusive of a glass of champagne upon arrival.
For a more contemporary setting, the award-winning Nobu which infuses Japanese cutting-edge cuisine with South American influences, offers couples a set menu priced at AED850 per couple. The menu will start off with Lobster dry miso salad, followed by Assorted New Style seafood, Black Cod with Green Shiso Salsa, a variety of sushi and maki and ending with Passion Fruit Brulee. Scattered rose petals on each table adds to the romance, coupled with smooth sounds from the DJ and with a welcome Martini for each couple.
Enjoy beachside dining at Nasimi Beach, with a set menu for two paired with carefully selected wines, and a variety of entertainment from the resident DJ and an exciting magician to impress diners with his trickery. The special dinner begins with Lobster Carpaccio, Artichoke Ravioli, with main dishes of Grilled Trout or Horseradish Crusted Ribeye to choose from. To conclude the romantic dining experience, vanilla and white chocolate brulee with poached raspberries and champagne sorbet will be served. Nasimi Beach is the ideal option for couples looking to enjoy eclectic cuisine whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the blue waters of the The Palm. Prices are AED850 per couple to enjoy dinner in the restaurant, AED1200 per couple for the Nasimi Terrace and for those who want to take pleasure in one of the exclusive Lounge Cabanas, the intimate experience will cost AED2800 per couple.
For traditionalists, Levantine offers a true taste of Arabia as authentic Arabic delights can be shared over candle light with a special set dinner. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a glass of rose wine and throughout the evening, diners will be entertained with a live DJ on the upper terrace of Levantine and a belly dancer. Couples will be able to share a variety of starters such as the traditional hot and cold mezzes and a special Seafood Tower which includes Fresh Oysters with Avruga Caviar Pomegranate cream, Gravlax Sumac Salmon with capers, Shrimp Cocktail and Mixed Seafood salad. The main course offers an Arabic Mixed Grill, Grilled King Prawns with crushed purple potatoes and shies cress and Grilled Omani Lobster brushed with Saffron and Sage butter. The romantic dinner concludes with a selection of fresh and exotic fruits and traditional Arabic Sweets. The Levantine Valentine’s Day offer is enjoyed for AED720 per couple inside the restaurant or AED1200 per couple to enjoy a settee under the stars.
No one speaks passion and love like the French. At Rostang, The French Brasserie, guests can experience a truly Parisian atmosphere. The distinctive Valentine’s Day menu is AED720 per couple with a welcome cocktail. Diners will enjoy Coeur de saumon fume (Smoked King Glass Salmon) served with leeks and carrot terrine with Avruga Caviar vinaigrette, Ravioli de homard et tourteaux (Lobster and Crab Ravioli) with baby asparagus, Filet de boeuf tournedos (Beef tenderloin tournedos) with salsify, pears and caramelized beetroot topped with morel sauce and ending with Duo de Pavlova fraise et chocolat (Duo of chocolate and strawberry Pavlovas) served with hot chocolate mint mousse and passion champagne sorbet.
For Valentine revellers at Ronda Locatelli, guests can dine under the warm glow of candle light with a set menu in an inviting atmosphere that blends the charm of the Italian countryside with the modernity of Dubai. The evening can be enjoyed for AED720 per couple for a set menu that includes a welcome bubbly for the couple, a rose and a special gift for each lady. The set menu offers dishes like the Crostini di baccala mantecato (Brandade of cod, mixed leaf salad and crostini), Mezzelune di erbe e ricotta, salsa noci (Herb and Ricotta Half Moon Pasta drizzled with Walnut sauce), a choice of Filetto di orate (Pot roast fillet of Black Bream) or Guancia di manzo brasata (Braised beef cheek) with stewed red onions and mashed potato and finished with strawberry and rhubarb compote passion fruit jelly milk ice cream. The a la carte menu will also be available.
For those who love rich and sumptuous settings, Seafire offers the sophistication of a contemporary steakhouse. Guests will be greeted with cocktails and canapés upon arrival. A romantic four-course menu is offered, starting with Cauliflower Veloute, followed by Pan Fried Sea Bass or Mushroom Tart (for vegetarians), Butternut Risotto (for vegetarians) and the Atlantis Chateau Briand that will be specially carved at the table! The ultimate dessert awaits couples as they are served with Death by Chocolate, Seafire style. Couples can indulge in his menu at AED720 per couple.
For the truly lavish, guests can take up the Poseidon package, priced at AED50000¹ which will include an overnight stay at the Poseidon Suite (one of the signature suites of Atlantis with mesmerizing views, creating an illusion of being beneath the sea), a limousine pick-up, a special couples treatment, a custom-made dinner for two in the privacy of the suite, champagne breakfast for the following morning and an iPad. Couples can also enjoy their own private cabana by the Royal Beach, priced at AED3000, inclusive of a 4-course set menu with a box of chocolate and champagne and a rose for each lady.
