Canada's Leading Telecom Expense Management Provider

“We are very happy to be working with Etelesolv to better manage our telecom costs” said John Visca, Director of IT Services at Just Energy.

Etelesolv, Canada’s leader in Telecom Expense Management (TEM), has recently announced that they have signed a telecom expense management contract with Just Energy.

As a leading energy retailer in North America, Just Energy is pleased to capitalize on Etelesolv’s telecom diversity services to centralize control of its telecom operations.

Given the company’s steady growth, Just Energy will utilize TeleManager to unite the procurement and billing processes tied to wireless expense management and regain control and visibility into their environment. Telemanager allows Just Energy to centralize and automate order activity and more efficiently manage regional costs.

“It’s a common problem for large companies with a diverse network of telecom services and employees spread across geographical boundaries to lack centralized control.” said Christopher Thierry, President of Etelesolv. “Many IT departments are under constant pressure to do more with less. Inserting TeleManager into the environment to automate a large portion of their activities improves time efficiencies for the company.”

Much of the process automation comes from integrating Just Energy’s various internal business systems with the carriers and suppliers. One such supplier who recognized the advantage of the opportunity for Just Energy was WPCI, a leading B2B Bell Mobility dealer, whose e-commerce site seamlessly integrates into TeleManager, automating the work of capturing detailed inventory data.

“We have seen a major shift in the enterprise wireless market where clients are requesting more information, reports and system integration than ever before.” said Dave Williamson, Vice President of WPCI, “After launching our B2B e-commerce website many years ago, the integration of TeleManager takes things to the next level by giving our customers fully detailed purchase and inventory data. It makes things easier for everyone in the supply chain.”

It’s estimated that by introducing proper automation through TeleManager, Just Energy could reduce telecom management efforts by 50%, freeing up time to perform project-based activities that generate other company-wide savings. This is on top of the cost optimization that will result from usage analysis, end-user cost visibility and contract validation.

“We are very happy to be working with Etelesolv to better manage our telecom costs” said John Visca, Director of IT Services at Just Energy.“We look forward to the increased time and cost efficiencies that the TeleManager system will bring to our processes.”

Etelesolv's contract with Just Energy marks a growing trend among major enterprises looking to better manage their global telecom expenses.
