Smooth Jazz New York is pleased to announce a stellar contemporary jazz line up for the 2011 Smooth Cruise Series. now in its 14th year aboard The Spirit of New York cruise ship.
This summer's roster includes ten shows featuring 14 of the world's greatest jazz acts in an intimate setting, every Wednesday evening from June 29th through August 31st with 2 Shows/sailings at 6:30pm and 9:30pm. The Smooth Cruises set sail from Pier 61, Chelsea Piers (23rd St & West Side Highway) and cruise down the Hudson River, not only offering exceptional music but breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline.
