Mentoring series is released to ej4’s off-the-shelf content library

It’s an eight part series to train both the mentor and protégé. The series includes how to set up a mentoring program, how to best match mentors and protégés, and guidelines for both parties so they will each gain from the experience.

Demographic research shows that the 76 million baby boomers in the workforce today will be leaving in the coming years. It’s estimated that as baby boomers leave the talent supply will decline by 15%. That’s very experienced talent to lose.
