•North Woods Tour – This cross-fit training tour spanning 96th to 110th Streets offers a rugged and scenic tour of the park's north end. The North Woods were designed to replicate the forests of the Adirondack Mountains.

•Center of the City Tour – Some of Central Park’s most iconic landmarks include the Bethesda Fountain (the center of Manhattan), the Mall, the Band Shell and Sheep’s Meadow. Enjoy a rigorous resistance tour and cross the same famous finish line as the runners of the New York City Marathon.

•The Ramble Tour – Immersed in woods, this rugged terrain offers the most challenging workout for cross-country running along the trails, and fun cross-fit training at Summit Rock.

Tours are led by Populorum, a veteran personal fitness trainer with more than 15 years experience working in prestigious gyms and with high-profile clients in Los Angeles and New York. Populorum combines his backgrounds in theatre, stand-up comedy and fitness to provide a fun, first-class training session in America's greatest urban playground.
