Talent management tools and methods for developing leadership agility are highlighted in the article through the use of "nine-box" succession planning, structured interviews, and 360 degree assessment combined with a customized leadership agility development guide. The article also demonstrates the value of aligning strategic planning and talent management through the use of strategy maps, key agility indicators, and scenario planning.
