Full Sail University is proud to announce that 36 graduates worked on 8 Oscar®-winning films at the 83rd Annual Academy Awards which aired live on ABC on Sunday, February 27, 2011.
Full Sail graduates across various degree programs including Computer Animation, Digital Media, Entertainment Business, Film, and Recording Arts worked on films that won at this year’s awards ceremony in the following categories: Film Editing, Sound Editing, Sound Mixing, Animated Feature Film, Art Direction, Cinematography, Visual Effects and more.
In total, 84 Full Sail graduates were credited on 23 Oscar®-nominated motion pictures, including: Black Swan, Inception, The Fighter, True Grit, The Social Network, Winter’s Bone, The Kids Are All Right, Tron: Legacy, How To Train Your Dragon, Blue Valentine, Toy Story 3, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 and more.
