Samuel Pang, MD and Samuel Pauli, MD, reproductive endocrinologists at the Reproductive Science Center of New England, have been invited to present at the 106th medical education seminar sponsored by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The seminar, titled "Challenges to Wellness in Ob/Gyn", will be held Thursday November 10, 2011 at the Conference Center at Waltham Woods.
Dr. Pang, Medical Director at the Reproductive Science Center of New England (RSC New England), will present a review of fertility cases emphasizing ethical and social issues. Board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI), Dr. Pang served his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Toronto and completed his REI fellowship training at the UCLA School of Medicine. Prior to joining RSC New England in 1993, Dr. Pang was assistant professor of gynecology and obstetrics at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California. He served as Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Deaconess Waltham Hospital.
Dr. Pang is well known locally as the principal author of the Massachusetts Infertility Mandate that requires health insurance providers in the commonwealth to provide coverage for infertility treatment. He sees patients at RSC New England offices in Lexington, Milford and Worcester, Massachusetts.
At the Mount Auburn Hospital seminar, Dr. Samuel Pauli, also of RSC New England, will provide a review of advances in assisted reproductive technology (ART). Dr. Pauli completed his fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. A graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, he conducted his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Yale New Haven Hospital. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Pauli is a specialist in IVF (in vitro fertilization), recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome, hypothalamic and endocrine disorders, and age related infertility. He also is a specialist in gynecologic surgery and was honored to receive the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists Award for special excellence in endoscopic procedures. He sees patients at RSC New England offices in Lexington and Worcester, Massachusetts in addition to Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge.
