“Providing donors with an online giving experience and equipping them with the tools to proactively manage their philanthropy is a vital component of our mission” explains Cheryl Elliott, President and CEO.
Stroudsburg, PA (PRWEB) September 15, 2011
When the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation (AAACF) launches its new philanthropic management system next year, the Community Foundation will transition to the iPhi Product Suite®, a Software as a Service system developed by Stellar Technology Solutions LLC of Stroudsburg, PA. The iPhi solution will replace the current MicroEdge FIMS operations management system.
AAACF will deploy the iPhi Product Suite® to expand and personalize online donor services and online account access, simplify grant and gift processing, increase internal operating efficiencies, and enhance investment monitoring and asset management capabilities. Stellar’s system will also enhance reporting capabilities, giving AAACF the flexibility and capacity to share the impact of its community investments with the wider public more effectively.
AAACF plans to launch a distinctive online environment where donors can closely monitor their charitable accounts and initiate their own giving activities. Donors will have the ability to better leverage AAACF’s community knowledge and align their giving with identified community priorities. Stellar’s iPhi CoreEnterprise® will also provide AAACF staff with a streamlined administrative environment that will bring increased efficiency and transparency to the various administrative and fiduciary tasks associated with managing over 400 philanthropic funds.
“Providing donors with an online giving experience and equipping them with the tools to proactively manage their philanthropy is a vital component of our mission” explains Cheryl Elliott, President and CEO. “Stellar’s iPhi Product Suite® will give us the technical and online tools to do this as well as to streamline our underlying administrative processes.”
“Stellar’s Software as a Service, web-based model was a key consideration,” adds Ms. Elliott. “We want to invest in AAACF’s long term growth and better serve all our constituents, without worrying about maintaining our own computer servers and data center in-house. In this day and age, it makes good economic sense to let our provider concentrate on the technology infrastructure while we concentrate on what we do best - serving our community.”
“We could not be more pleased with the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation’s selection of Stellar’s iPhi Product Suite®,” commented Bryan Mileger, Stellar’s President and CEO. “We’re proud to have been selected and look forward to implementing a solution that can truly enable the Community Foundation to set new benchmarks in organizational efficiency and donor relationship management.”
