Portsmouth, Hampshire (PRWEB UK) 28 June 2012

Radweb, a Portsmouth based IT company, is ignoring the gloomy economic forecasts and is busier than ever, taking on new clients and launching new products. So much so that this month they’re celebrating taking on two new members of staff.

Best of all they’re recruiting young local talent and Radweb knew exactly where to find them. “Portsmouth University has some of the best graduates in the country.” Said Radweb Managing Director Steve Rad. He added ‘Working with the University helps give young people their first break in the tough job market, we’re also conscious that as a local employer we need to create jobs and support Portsmouth’s economy.”

Most encouragingly Radweb is seeing an increase in new jobs from local firms, “we’re flat out! This year we’ve built and launched new property inventory software product InventoryBase* and are designing and building ecommerce and ebusiness websites for brand new clients – all during a recession.”

Managing director Steve Rad says about their success: “When we started Radweb in 2007 we knew we had the skills and expertise to offer a first class service but we never could have anticipated how the company would grow and develop over the years. In these tough economic times we’ve bucked the trend and invested in growth and development of new products using bleeding edge technologies to not only survive but to flourish.”

In the coming year Radweb intend to build on their current success, and have already begun work on their next set of top-secret apps and e-commerce ventures. They also anticipate taking on new staff in the near future in order to push themselves to the front of the IT solutions industry.

*In an age of mobile computing – Radweb’s award winning app, InventoryBase has been a great success. Designed to make property inventories, faster, simpler and clearer the software has been greatly received by the property industry and is about to be featured in a variety of local and
national magazines.
