Leisure Fitness is proudly supporting the Bike MS: City to Shore on September 29th, 2012 to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The team will be taking the road at 8:30am at Oakcrest High School in Mays Landing, NJ and riding the 25 miles to the finish line at the Civic Center on 6th Ave in Ocean City, NJ.
Leisure Fitness is inviting any local customers, friends and family to join their team which will be riding the ElliptiGO Outdoor Elliptical Bikes. The team will meet at 7:30am, an hour before the race, at Oakcrest High School to take pictures, discuss their own ElliptiGO adventures, and prepare for the ride. Each team member will receive an ElliptiGO shirt, and be invited to join the finish line party and enjoy the fun, food, and live music.
Paul Bastianelli, Chief Executive Officer and the captain of the Leisure Fitness and the ElliptiGOs Team commented, “The ride is a great way to raise awareness and fundraise for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, our team of ElliptiGO riders is very excited to support the cause and take part in the event.”
The outdoor elliptical is a new category in the fitness industry and is becoming more popular every day. The ElliptiGO has the same motion as indoor ellipticals, but can be enjoyed outdoors on the open road with an average cruising speed of 15 MPH.
