Evolve HVAC equipment pad products offer the distributor and the contractor clear differentiation and value points they can demonstrate and provide to their customers.

Evolve Composites continues to solidify its place in the HVAC industry with its diverse and innovative lineup of products. With their continually increasing share of the pad market, introducing products to further drive PVC market share is being welcomed by their growing distribution base. Evolve proudly introduces Evo-Set PVC Fittings to their ever expanding product lineup. "Evo-Set Fittings allow us to compete in the mainstream HVAC market by enabling our customers to bundle our PVC products with our pad products to create an added value,” explained Evolve’s Rick Mabry, Director of Sales –HVAC, Pool and Plumbing. “Like our PVC and Pad Products, our fittings are manufactured in the U.S. with quality virgin materials. Creating a realistic and meaningful bundle of goods to meet the needs of our customers is a top priority forever forward,” he continued. Evolve’s Evo-Set PVC Fittings are offered in both case and carton quantities to accommodate each customer’s unique needs.

Just as Evo-Set Fittings are added to the growing list of innovative products, Evolve is excited to announce their highly anticipated PolyconX is in stock and ready for the market. The PolyconX is specifically engineered to enhance the capabilities and flexibility of the ever-popular Polyslab plastic pad. As an accessory to the Polyslab, the PolyconX allows the end user to join multiple Polyslab bases together securely, forming an even larger base footprint. This gives distributors and contractors tremendous flexibility and sku rationalization opportunity.

The PolyconX will allow a single person to create much larger HVAC pads specifically for the vast packaged unit market, but can be used for any application. “We are very excited about the PolyconX hitting the market,” said Director of Sales --HVAC, Pool and Plumbing Rick Mabry. “It is a product that has been in demand and we are the first to introduce such an innovative solution to the package unit and large footprint unitary product markets of HVAC. For a distributor, the PolyconX reduces cumbersome and space hogging larger pads and allows for the use of multiple, more moderate size pads to achieve an even better result. For contractor’s, it is a long needed alternative to managing large pads in their service vehicles and at job sites,” said Mabry. The PolyconX is available in both gray and black.

These additions to the Evolve family further perpetuate the glowing reputation of their trendsetting products. The Evo-lite, which was introduced earlier this season, continues to take the HVAC arena by storm. This ultra lightweight concrete pad delivers an HVAC pad with the strength and look of concrete without any sacrifice of performance or ability. Evo-Lite is constructed using Evolve’s proprietary blend of lightweight concrete and a high density foam core, which delivers excellent strength and weight bearing properties. Evo-Lite also features full concrete corners and thicker critical wall and surface structures. The Evo-Lite foam core is designed to repel pest such as termites, adding further distinction and value points to end users, including the end consumer. Additionally, the Evo-Lite also features Evolve’s ‘Evo-Skin’ technology. “This user-friendly, textured surface provides a high level of toughness, protection and strength not truly available with competitive pad technology previously,” Mabry explained. “Our cutting-edge technology is allowing us to set a new standard for the HVAC industry and empower our customers to create an added value and increased revenue.”

The introduction of Evo-Set Fittings, the Evo-Lite lightweight pad and the release of the PolyconX plastic pad accessory further compliment Evolve’s portfolio of HVAC solutions. Rounding out the 2012 HVAC Equipment Pad specific line up are:

** Evo-Crete – the full FRCC concrete based pad. With maximum toughness and durability, Evo-Crete delivers heavy duty performance while maintaining its aesthetically pleasing appearance and user friendly weight qualities that equal up to 1/3 the weight of traditional aggregate based concrete pads.

** Evo-Slab – the high performance pad with the heavier weight qualities of the Evo-Crete, but at an even greater reduced weight attributed to its high density foam core. This innovative core design allows for the Evo-Slab to be drilled into while still providing maximum strength and thickness at the critical corner areas and sidewalls while utilizing the same pest repelling attributes as the Evo-Lite. Both the Evo-Crete and Evo-Slab have signed and certified engineering documents available for contractors and distributors in markets where strong wind codes are in place, particularly the state of Florida.

“We continue to strive for added value and innovative solutions with pad products we introduce,” Mabry said. “These products are not just pads; these are the answers to what the HVAC professional has been asking for. We provide pads that meet their needs and are user friendly, innovative and performance driven at a great price with no sacrifice of quality,” said Mabry. “It isn’t just a pad, but the true ‘base’ for one of the largest and most critical investments made on most homes today, the home comfort system. We believe when all things are equal in this competitive unitary landscape, Evolve HVAC equipment pad products offer the distributor and the contractor clear differentiation and value points they can demonstrate and provide to their customers.”

Evolve will be showcasing all of these pad products and other items of innovation at the 2013 AHRI Expo in Dallas, Texas.
