Clearwater, FLA (PRWEB) May 29, 2012
Vericle has achieved 2011/2012 COMPLETE EHR ONC-ATCB Certification, which designates that the software is capable of supporting providers with Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Vericle was certified on May 8, 2012 under ICSA Labs’ ONC-ATCB Electronic Health Record program and is compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
"ONC certification expands successful opportunities for practice owners who use Vericle as they can now qualify for the Health Information Technology Stimulus,” stated Dr. Yuval Lirov, CEO. “The ONC certification process also gave us a chance to work with ICSA Labs on clarifying the ONC requirements so that Vericle could focus on building intuitive systems that simultaneously improve individual patient care, foster teamwork, and maintain HIPAA compliance.”
ICSA Labs, an independent division of Verizon, offers vendor-neutral testing and certification. Its electronic health record certification and testing program provides verification that the certified EHR technology supports meaningful use, as well as helps health care organizations protect sensitive and private patient information.
Vericle provides the physician with clinical decision alerts in real-time, while face-to-face with patients. These alerts can be based on the provider’s own clinical decision rules and helps avoid missing key clinical information. Vericle also calculates meaningful use and Physician Quality Reporting Initiative measures (PQRI measures) helping to keep providers on track towards meaningful use and PQRI incentive programs. Quality measure reports can be generated at any time so that providers can easily and quickly assess their quality measures. Vericle clients may take advantage of a fully integrated patient web portal, giving their patients easy and secure access to their personal health information.
Vericle is a software program that manages all aspects of the modern healthcare practice. Vericle is ONC-ATCB certified (Complete EHR certification). It helps manage patient flow, cash flow, and compliance, and it includes electronic health records, billing, remittance, collections, and scheduling using a streamlined, intuitive interface.
