Nike Basketball Camps Recognize 2011-12 Accomplishments by Directors and Nike Camp Host Sites

Nike Basketball Camps now offers over seventy locations nationwide including Complete Skills sessions, Shooting Camps, Post Perimeter Camps and more. US Sports Camps offers summer sports camps for boys and girls of all different ages and abilities.

Nike Basketball Camps announced this past week some of the incredible accomplishments by Nike Basketball Camp Directors and Camp Locations during the 2011-12 season. The Nike Camp family experienced tremendous success in State Championship Tournaments and NCAA Division I and III competition. The following are some of the achievements experienced by the Nike Basketball Camp family during the 2011-12 season.

La Jolla Country Day School, La Jolla, California -- Coach and Camp Director: Terri Bamford; La Jolla Country Day School – Defeated Salesian of Richmond 72-41 for the California State High Basketball School Championship. Camp Dates: 6/18-6/22 & 6/25-6/27

Miller Grove High School, Lithonia, Georgia -- Camp Director: Sharman White/Lee Miller; The Boys and Girls Varsity Basketball Teams captured the Georgia Division ​AAAA State Championship. Camp Date: 5/29-6/2

Christ Presbyterian Academy, Nashville, Tennessee -- Coach and Camp Director: Drew Maddux; For only the fourth time in Tennessee basketball history, the same school has won the girls' and boys' state championship. CPA's girls (36-3) and boys (37-2) both captured the AA title in March -- the first-ever hoops state titles for the Academy. Camp Dates: 7/16-7/20 & 7/23-7/27

Neumann-Goretti High School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania -- Coach and Camp Director: Carl Arrigale; The school captured its 3rd straight City AAA Championship with a 48-45 victory over Montour. Camp Date: 6/18-6/22

Findlay College Prep, Las Vegas, Nevada -- Coach and Camp Director: Michael Peck; Finished the season at 29-1 and secured the #1 seed for the NHSI Tournament this week and produced 2 McDonald's High School All-Americans. Camp Date: 6/11-6/15

Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut -- Coach and Camp Director: Ed Swanson; Made the NCAA Division I Basketball Tournament after winning the Northeast Conference Championship with a 58-48 victory over Monmouth. Camp Dates: 7/22-7/26 & 7/27-7/29

Lewis & Clark College, Portland, Oregon -- Coach and Camp Director: Juli Fulks; Finished the 2011-12 season in the Top 10 in NCAA Division III final rankings. Camp Dates: 7/20-7/22 & 7/22-7/26 & 7/29-8/2

Amherst, Massachusetts -- Camp Director: Billy McBride; Finished the 2011-12 season in the Top 10 in NCAA Division III final rankings. Camp Dates: 7/15-7/19 & 7/20-7/22

Mary Washington University, Fredericksburg, Virginia -- Coach and Camp Director: Deena Applebury; Finished the 2011-12 season in the Top 10 in NCAA Division III final rankings. Camp Date: 6/24-6/28
