Little Woodrow's becomes the first establishment to offer Audioair in the Austin area

We saw the value in Audioair’s technology right away for our business, and wanted to be the first establishment in the Austin community to offer it to our customers.

Durango, Colorado based Airborne Media Group, Inc.(“Airborne”) announced today that it has installed its new product, Audioair™ at popular local establishment Little Woodrow’s in Austin, Texas. Airborne is making its local market debut while showcasing its breakthrough technology at the South by Southwest Interactive, March 12-16 at the Austin Convention Center at booth numbers 1143, 1145, 1242 and 1244. The company is also showcasing exhibiting Audioair™ at The Nightclub and Bar Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas March 12-14, 2012.

Airborne’s unique Audioair technology permits mobile device users to privately listen in to television displays deployed in sports bars and restaurants, casinos, cruise ships, airports, athletic clubs—any public environment where television displays are silenced due to noise level considerations. The Apple or Android device end-user downloads the free mobile application from the App Store or Android Market. Once connected via the Audioair system installed on the premises, the end-user then activates the app and begins a new entertainment experience.

Audioair’s patent-pending technology allows the end-user to selectively listen to televisions on the premises that have been muted. The Audioair Application also provides for highly targeted advertising on a local, regional and national basis and offers a number of interactive functions including an internal chat feature, social gaming and Facebook check-in.

Little Woodrow’s General Manager Glenn Nolin commented on the new installation: “We saw the value in Audioair’s technology right away for our business and wanted to be the first establishment in the Austin community to offer it to our customers.”

Glenn Young, AMG Executive Vice President of Sales, added, “We’re thrilled to bring Audioair to Little Woodrow’s, and are pleased to see our product being so well received in the Austin community and at the South by Southwest Interactive.”

Airborne intends to make a number of major announcements from the floor of the two trade shows, including the roll-out of it new nationwide Partner distribution system, the commencement of its highly targeted local, regional and national advertising network and the addition of key partners and staff to the Airborne Team.

Airborne Media Group, Inc. is a privately held corporation founded in 2010. Its newly invented technology is designed to deliver an entirely new entertainment, news and information distribution experience by permitting the users of smart phones to privately listen in to televisions in all types of venues where they must be muted for noise considerations. The company has created and is expanding a team of strategic and technical partners, as well as a new sales distribution system to further develop its technology and achieve its ambitious sales and marketing goals.
