Kishore Ganji, CEO of Astir IT Solutions, will be a featured panelist at the New Jersey Technology Council Event on “Building Smart through Mergers or Acquisitions”

(http://www.astirit.com) is pleased to announce that Kishore Ganji, CEO and Founder has been chosen to participate as a featured panelist at an upcoming NJTC (New Jersey Technology Council) event entitled “Building Smart through Mergers or Acquisitions” to take place on January 19, 2012.

Kishore Ganji, CEO of Astir IT stated “I am delighted to share my insights and experience on successfully managing the mergers and acquisitions process with this prestigious group, given my first-hand experience.” Astir IT made several strategic acquisitions over the last 2 years, which Kishore Ganji spearheaded through identifying potential partners, negotiating the structures of the deal and successfully implementing.
