Offers Made Easy uses information already available to credit unions to enable marketing staff to centrally create member-specific offers which then become immediately available to front-line staff for delivery to the member when they next have contact. It is not necessary that the credit union have an MCIF system, but MCIF data can be used if available.

The new Offers system integrates with existing Better Branches applications (Basic Contact Manager, Automated Workflow and Better Lobby) to provide an efficient, effective way to create and delivery member-specific offers.
