SierraCRM Releases Process Manager Pro for SugarCRM

SierraCRM has released an all new version of its workflow engine for SugarCRM 6, the worlds' fastest growing customer relationship management (CRM) compay. This latest release, brings the best of all three of SierraCRM's products into one easy to use workflow module, designed to help users capture more new business and create a 'customer-for-life'.

SierraCRM is announcing the latest release of its Business Process Management product for SugarCRM, Process Manager Pro. SierraCRM has now built Process Manager Pro, which combines the functions of Process, Marketing, and Routing Manager modules into one. Process Manager Pro allows you to setup simple to complex business processes that match your best business practices. You build processes based on the creation or modification of any SugarCRM module. You can build processes that run at specific times throughout the year, query your system for any data, and run a specific workflow task such as send an email, schedule a call, create a task, run custom scripts, modify fields or create new sugar objects.
