Paradise Education Foundation Announces New Scholarships at Broward College

Paradise Education Foundation Inc. is pleased to announce that an additional $40,000 has been added to the Paradise Education Foundation Scholarship Fund at Broward College.

Paradise Education Foundation Inc., a recently formed Fort Lauderdale based 501c(3) charitable organization, is pleased to announce that an additional $40,000 has been added to the Paradise Education Foundation Scholarship Fund at Broward College. This is in addition to the $11,250 donated earlier this year.

The mission of the Paradise Education Foundation, Inc. is to provide funding for post- secondary education for at-risk youth of South Florida. Paradise Education Foundation was founded in the summer of 2011 by a group of like-minded individuals, who were all shareholders, employees or customers of Paradise Bank, to provide a vehicle to assist at-risk youth of South Florida with financial help for post-secondary education.

The first scholarships will be awarded for the fall 2012 semester to selected students from Dolphin Park High School, Lauderhill High School and North University High School.
