Advantage Resourcing announces the sale of the majority of its U.S. & UK subsidiaries (Advantage Resourcing International, “ARI”), for $410M to Recruit Co., Ltd.

Advantage Resourcing, a Global workforce solutions company, announces the sale of the majority of its U.S. & UK subsidiaries (Advantage Resourcing International, “ARI”), for $410M to Recruit Co., Ltd. All ARI units except Advantage Federal were transferred effective December 30th, 2011.

Advantage Resourcing International’s $1.4B subsidiary operates in over 250 locations globally in the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Dubai. ARI’s 22,000 employees provide expertise in Engineering, IT, Financial, Human Resources, Marketing and General Labor job categories for their over 6,000 clients.

Please note Advantage Resourcing’s Japanese market leading Engineering & IT companies Ctec, Technopro, CSI, Science and N&C along with Technopro-China will be managed by a holding company, Prompt Holdings (renamed from Advantage Resourcing Japan). Charles Abadie will remain as Chairman & CEO and the existing management team running these operations remains intact. As the largest R&D staffing and Solutions Company in Japan our commitment to our employees and clients remains strong and will not be impacted by this transaction.
