Antenna Software, Inc., helping enterprises to build, manage and publish mobile apps and websites that transform business, today announced that Adele Freedman has joined the company as executive vice president and general counsel. Freedman brings more than 20 years of experience in international law and banking to Antenna, where she will be responsible for legal and business affairs, including intellectual property, governance, securities and transactions.

Freedman joins Antenna from CA Technologies, where she served as associate general counsel and managing attorney for the company’s global legal department. In addition to providing corporate counsel for CA and its subsidiaries, she managed more than $1 billion in acquisitions and divestiture and handled several large public debt offerings and other capital markets transactions. Prior to her six years at CA, Freedman represented private and public technology companies as a partner at GCA Law Partners, LLP in Mountain View, Calif. and as a senior associate at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, Calif.

Early in her career, Freedman was an associate at White & Case in New York and Paris and also worked in investment banking at CIBC World Markets. Freedman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell University, and a Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law.
Freedman will report to Jim Hemmer, president and CEO.
