Ledgeview Partners Hires New Employees, Expands Service Reach to Larger Midwest Region

As the company grows, so must the team. The new employees support growth generated from the company's core midwest territory and also provides for an expansion to other states including Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

It's an exciting time to be at Ledgeview Partners. 2011 was a good year and 2012 is set up to be even better.

Appleton-based Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management firm serving businesses throughout the United States, has hired three new employees; two at its Appleton headquarters and a third based near the Detroit/Southfield, Michigan area – a key expansion move for the company, as it grows the mainstay of its account reach into the Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and Kentucky Midwest states.

Kelly Lehl has been hired as an as inside sales account manager in the Sales & Customer Care Division at the company’s Appleton office. Lehl brings a total of 31 years of experience in account management, sales and research to the organization. He holds an associate degree in sales and marketing from Fox Valley Technical College.

Jesse Dickert, also an Appleton-based employee, has been hired in the Software Services Division as a CRM development consultant. He brings three years of IT experience, including one year of CRM experience to the organization. A 2004 graduate of Madison Area Technical College, Dickert holds an associate’s degree as a CIS programmer/analyst.

Jeff Henkel has been hired as a Software Services Division CRM account executive. Henkel resides in Michigan, and maintains a home office, managing customer accounts in the company’s newly expanded Midwest region, which now includes the states of Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and Kentucky. In addition to his account management activities, Henkel is responsible for working closely with Microsoft’s Michigan area office. He brings 19 years of sales and marketing experience to the company, nine of those years as a small business owner of a marketing and sales company focusing on business intelligence, CRM, direct mail and digital marketing. Henkel earned a bachelor’s of science degree in business/marketing from the University of South Carolina.
