WyckWyre announced on Thursday the company's growth had more than doubled during the last quarter of 2011.

WyckWyre specializes in easy-to-use recruiting systems for all levels of employment in the food and beverage industry, including both hourly and management positions. The company says it credits its rapid growth to customer referrals along with the company's unique take on customer service.

“We've noticed our customers are referring us to others because of how we handle their business,” DiVirgilio said. “Forget 'post and pray.' We take a very proactive approach. Everyday, our Customer Success Specialist monitors the traffic for each position posted through us, along with the amount and quality of applicants applying for those open positions. Our employers are never alone in recruiting.”

The company also says the Customer Success Department is unique in this way, too.

"When you work with WyckWyre, you get to know a person, not a calling center," DiVirgilio said. "We work hard to build the relationships we have with our customers."

WyckWyre's customers include national franchise owners and management companies, independent restaurants, hotels, cafes, bakeries and more.
