On January 4th, the new McGrathRealEstate.com went live for all the world to see. After conducting market research of their current customers, McGrath Real Estate Services, a Northern Virginia property management and sales services firm, choose to revamp the site. Marketing Associates, Lindsay Curtis and Jessica Keys focused their efforts on the redesign to ensure the new site was user friendly. After almost four months, the new site went above and beyond expectations and is not only more user friendly and current but is a dynamic place for Current Clients, Prospective Landlords and Renters to get needed information as well as contribute to real estate related discussions and keep current with the Northern Virginia real estate market.

“We knew that our site was outdated and that with so many clients overseas relying on our website for information, it HAD to be better,” says Lindsay Curtis of the McGrath Real Estate marketing team. Dittmar Design, a marketing communications company based in Annandale, assisted McGrath Real Estate in the design of the site. Using WordPress, a popular website and blogging tool, it features an open-source platform making it easy to customize and update.

New features include an improved listings service for advertising active properties on the website as well as more detailed information for prospective renters looking to rent one of McGrath Real Estate’s properties, an online application to expediate processing time of applications, more information and resources for property management clients to better understand the management process and a new blog with articles, features and “how-to’s” that Landlords and Renters will enjoy.
