As for Reynolds unique style he states "I don’t want to create carbon copies of myself all through the office, because my style works for me and I want their style to work for them”. He also mentions that he references the great business philosopher Jim Rohn quite often in his trainings to reinforce one's own style. “One of my favorite quotes of his that I mention is "Make sure what you do, is the product of your own conclusion” and I say this at the beginning and end of all of my training classes to reinforce one’s own self branding”
Each month, Waddell Agents are offered a class on "Building Buyer Loyalty" and "The Listing Presentation That Works Every time". According to Reynolds, “All agents need to refine their buyer/seller presentations at least once a month. In this market, you cannot afford to wing-it at your next appointment.”
