Mike Norwood Joins Appnomic Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Business Development and Channel Management

Appnomic Systems brings onboard channel sales executive to develop and expand it's partner ecosystem.

Appnomic Systems, Inc., a global provider of Software and Software as a Service (Saas) solutions for predictive, application-centric, and automated management of IT infrastructure, headquartered in Bangalore, India, today named Mike Norwood as vice president of business development and channel management. Norwood will be responsible for developing overall strategy, direction and vision for Appnomic’s channel and partner organization. This will include managing all aspects of partner alliances for driving growth and revenue for the company. He brings 20 years of leadership experience in alliances, business development, and channel sales from leading technology companies.

Norwood’s prior experience includes Tumbleweed Communications where he was vice president of global channel sales leading and developing the overall strategy, direction, and vision for the alliances and channels organization. Previously, Norwood was vice president overseeing business development at Savvion and Worksoft, leading the efforts worldwide with resellers, channels, and developing partner eco system with system integrators and solution partners. He also spent six years at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP), where he managed ERP and CRM sales for strategic partners including Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Siebel.
