ProSchools, a Montana real estate education provider, recently received approval to offer the 2012 Montana Core for Brokers and Salespersons course online. All Montana real estate licensees must complete a core course from an approved provider.

Montana real estate licensees, including property managers, must take 12 hours of continuing education each year. Four hours must be from a mandatory topic list and the remaining eight hours can be mandatory or elective topics.

Effective for the 2012 license renewal, Montana salespersons and brokers must also complete a 4-hour Montana Core for Brokers and Salespersons. This course is in addition to the 12 hours of continuing education.

“ProSchools is excited to be one of the first education providers to offer the 2012 Montana Core course online,” says Deanne Gillock, Regulatory Director for ProSchools. “Over the past few years states like Montana are mandating specific training to cover state laws. They want real estate licensees to be competent in the laws that impact their business.”

ProSchools is a national education provider, offering online training for people getting and maintaining a real estate license, insurance license, and mortgage broker license. With 50+ years’ experience teaching thousands of career professionals, ProSchools has evolved as a leader in online course development and training.
