Alberto Antonini, world-renowned Italian winemaker and consultant, says “’Speaking of Wine’ is something we all love to do, so it is a great opportunity to be part of this tour, along with such great colleagues from around the world. This is not something that we are able to do every day, so I’m sure it will be very stimulating. We are all very committed to the goal of sustaining local agricultural traditions and making genuine wines as naturally as possible, so we want to share our passion. And I am sure we will learn a lot too, by meeting people from many different parts of Canada. It will be a once in a lifetime opportunity.”

David Scholefield, VP of Wine Strategy for Trialto Wine Group agrees “We are very proud of the program we have put together and the producers who have agreed to participate. We believe that great wines come from great people, and Laura Catena, Alberto Antonini, Telmo Rodriguez, Paul Dolan, Chris Benziger, Jacques Lurton, Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, and Larry Stone are truly an all-star team. Their collective experience and expertise is incalculable. They will discuss everything from sustainable farming and biodynamics, to carbon neutrality and the ethics of the wine supply chain, to the intellectual and spiritual aspects of wine. It will be an unforgettable experience.”
