The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) has over 2,000 corporate members involved in the consumer technology industry. Development University is another session being held at the conference. This session is for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Platform-Vendors, and Service Providers to showcase their platforms, tools, Application Program Interface (API) and Software Development Kits (SDKs) to developers. The event will cover TV apps, device APIs, third-party API, desktop, web, mobile apps, and more.
Some of the keynote individuals scheduled to speak during the conference are Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft; Dr. Paul E. Jacobs, Chairman and CEO of Qualcomm; Paul Otellini, President and CEO of Intel Corporation; Hans Vestberg, President and CEO of Ericsson; and Robert Kyncl, Vice President of Global Content Partnerships at YouTube, to name a few.
