Manhattan, Kansas (PRWEB) January 13, 2012
Briggs Nissan- one of the leading Nissan dealerships in Manhattan, KS is happy to announce that Nissan has returned to the North American International Auto Show and they did it in style. At the 2012 show, Nissan debuted its Pathfinder concept and the all-electric e-NV200 concept. Briggs Nissan is glad to see that Nissan has returned to Detroit for one of the biggest auto shows in the world and they are impressed with the concepts that Nissan brought with them.
Strong Nissan sales and growth that took place in 2011 led to Nissan’s return to the auto show and Nissan’s CEO Carolos Ghosn said, “The fact that we are returning to the Detroit motor show means that we are on the offensive.”
Nissan’s Pathfinder concept shows just that and has become a hot topic in Detroit. The four-wheel drive Pathfinder features Nissan’s Continuously Variable Transmission and is expected to provide a 25 percent increase in fuel economy when the vehicle goes on sale in the fall of 2012.
The e-NV200 Concept is a car that will be aimed at businesses and families and will help to energize the compact van market. The car will not begin mass production until 2014.
Briggs Nissan is very excited about what’s to come from Nissan in 2012 and the future. In the meantime they offer a great selection of Nissan cars in Manhattan, KS and many used cars in Manhattan.
