TheaterMania reports Sacha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter have been cast in the film adaptation of Les Miserable, alongside Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway and Eddie Redmayne. Tony winner John Logan is set to write the screenplay for Broadway’s Jersey Boys film and William Shatner will get back to Broadway in Shatner’s World: We Just Line in It for a limited engagement at the Music Box theater starting February 14. The original cast recording of musical hit, Once, will be released in March 2012, Broadway veterans, Mario Lopez, and Courtney Mazza, are engaged and much more!

In this week’s TheaterMania New Minute, it’s announced that Sacha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter will join the all-star cast of Les Miserable, featuring Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway and Eddie Redmayne. Tony winner and Oscar nominee John Logan will write the screenplay for the film version of the Broadway hit Jersey Boys while William Shatner will star on Broadway in Shatner’s World: We Just Live in it from January 14 through March 4. The new hit musical, Once, which will transfer to Broadway’s Bernard B. Jacobs Theater in February, will release the original cast recording in March 2012.
