Manhattan event planner Metronome Hospitality Group is no stranger to hosting red carpet events at its spectacular NYC venues, so it came as no surprise when the New York Film Critics Circle selected Crimson for their 77th annual awards presentation this past Monday. This marks the third consecutive year Crimson was chosen as the location for the NYFCC Awards thanks to Metronome’s full-service facilities and on-site event planning experts.
A great roster of celebrities including Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Meryl Streep and many others worked the red carpet for a whole flock of photographers before entering through tight security. Pitt took the award for Best Actor for his role in the film “Moneyball” with Streep taking home Best Actress for her portrayal of Margaret Thatcher in “The Iron Lady.” Michel Hazanavicius took home an award for his Best Picture-winning silent film “The Artist.”
