"We greatly enjoyed working with the Fluid team, whose digital expertise created a unique social shopping experience for the Lamb & Flag community," said Gary Winston, vice president of Lamb & Flag.

Fluid Inc., the digital shopping innovator, recently deployed a Fluid Fan Shop™ on Facebook for Lamb & Flag transforming the Facebook page into a visually rich and engaging social shopping experience to drive loyalty and ecommerce sales. To date, nearly half of Lamb & Flag’s fans have paid a visit to the “LXF Shop” to view, share, and shop for rock and roll-inspired clothing. Fluid Fan Shop is a SaaS solution that embeds unique, highly branded, and differentiated shopping experiences directly into a Facebook fan page.

Fluid Fan Shop will help Lamb & Flag to fuse commerce, community and brand with the entire store experience living within the context of the fan page. “We’re thrilled to announce that this is our first in-page Fan Shop,” said Brian Biggs, senior director of product management at Fluid. “The fan page allows Lamb & Flag an opportunity to introduce the new brand closer to where their prospective customers live online, quickly present a shopping experience that integrates rich media and social merchandising, and drives immediate online transactions.

“We greatly enjoyed working with the Fluid team, whose digital expertise created a unique social shopping experience for the Lamb & Flag community,” said Gary Winston, vice president of Lamb & Flag.

With Fluid Fan Shop’s social features, shoppers can ‘Like’ products from the Look or category page view and see, at a glance, which products are most popular. Lamb & Flag uses Fan Shop’s Activate feature to promote the shop to fans in directly in their newsfeed. Posts contain images or interactive features and are posted immediately or scheduled in advance.

The Lamb & Flag fan page also features Fluid’s TypeKit plug-in making Fan Shop compatible across all devices, and takes advantage of rich HTML-based web fonts for great text rendering without the need for Adobe Flash. These features combine to create an online shopping experience on Facebook that is unique to the Lamb & Flag brand and will drive visibility, brand engagement, and sales.
