One California fitness program with a track record of success offers solutions for women who have made New Year’s resolutions to win the battle of the bulge. Eric Bonilla, personal trainer and owner of Walnut Women’s Fitness Bootcamp, says his program is geared toward helping ladies lose weight and inches from problem areas like the waist, hips, belly and thighs.

It’s that time of year again, and Walnut Women’s Fitness Bootcamp is offering a new program to help women who have resolved to lose weight find long term success this year. Through Jan. 30, clients can receive six weeks of training for $154 rather than the usual price tag of $197 to $350 for four weeks.

Bootcamp owner Eric Bonilla says that their bootcamp is filling up fast, so there are limited spots still available.Bonilla is a personal trainer and author of The Ultimate Women’s Fat Loss Guide. He guarantees that every woman who attends the bootcamp will lose 20 pounds in 12 weeks.
