National parking management company Propark America has been selected by SMG, a worldwide entertainment and event venue management company, to manage the parking at the O.Co Coliseum and Oracle Arena home to the Oakland Raiders, Golden State Warriors and numerous other special events.

“SMG selected Propark based on their ability to provide unmatched levels of customer service and their strong revenue control procedures,” said Ron Little, General Manager for SMG. “Propark brings increased game day parking experience and credit card acceptance, allowing them to park vehicles more efficiently.”

Propark introduced handheld payment technology which allows customers to pay by credit card or make reservations and payment in advance allowing for tighter revenue controls resulting in an enhanced guest experience.
